Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role for mobile products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and reporting software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to optimize business processes.
- Create detailed documentation, including requirements, workflows, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and recommend further enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant degree equivalent)
- Strong communication, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly to different teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Aha!, and Miro
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Aptitude to work in a team setting and/or independently
- Strong technical literacy and ability to collaborate across time zones
- Tools: Slack, Notion, Confluence, Zoom, and agile PM platforms
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Own the product lifecycle and work cross-functionally with remote teams
- Discover and validate user needs through research and data analysis, including customer interviews, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Translate market problems into user stories and clear requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring distribution to relevant teams and visibility into changes and adjustments as needed.
- Prioritize features based on user impact and alignment with business objectives
- Manage sprint planning and participate in virtual standups with distributed teams
